Politique d’expédition

1. Shipping Area


We mainly ship printing equipment worldwide. Customers shall confirm local import policies, customs regulations, import tax and entry permission by themselves before placing orders. We are not responsible for goods detained, returned or confiscated by local customs.

2. Processing & Shipping Time


  • Order confirmation & payment verified: 1-3 working days for goods arrangement
  • Standard international shipping: 25-60 working days, delivery time is only for reference
  • Peak season, customs inspection, weather and airline delays are beyond our control, no compensation for delayed delivery.

3. Shipping Fee & Tax


  • All shipping fees are borne by the buyer, displayed separately before checkout.
  • All destination country import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees are fully paid by the buyer.
  • We will not undertake any tax reimbursement, tax subsidy and customs clearance compensation.

4. Shipment Inspection & Liability


  • Goods are strictly inspected and packed well before delivery.
  • Once goods leave our warehouse, all risks of loss, damage, scratch, breakage during transportation shall be borne entirely by the buyer.
  • Damage caused by rough handling by logistics company shall be solved by buyer claiming compensation from carrier, we provide relevant delivery documents only.

5. Delivery & Receipt Rules


  • Buyer must keep the delivery address, contact phone accurate and effective. Failed delivery, returned goods, extra shipping cost caused by wrong address are all at buyer’s cost.
  • Please check the outer package appearance immediately upon receiving goods. Any outer package damage must be photographed and recorded on the spot. No damage claim will be accepted after signing for receipt.
  • Unreasonably refusing to sign for goods without quality problem, all round-trip freight and loss shall be deducted from payment, and order will not be fully refunded.

6. Logistics Restrictions


  • Oversized, heavy printing equipment cannot be delivered to remote areas without additional surcharge.
  • We reserve the right to adjust shipping method and logistics carrier according to actual situation without prior notice.
  • No free shipping service for any bulk equipment orders.

7. Lost Package Solution


If logistics confirms package loss, we will assist to apply for logistics compensation according to insured amount. We only refund the actual compensated amount, no extra compensation will be given.
